Year 2 children will take part in the Mini Games, competing against other local schools. They will be transported to and from this event by coach. If the weather is good, parents are permitted to spectate in the stands. If the weather is not so good, the event will take place inside but unfortunately there is no room for spectators. Children will need to come to school wearing their PE kit, trainers, a sun hat and sun screen if sunny and have a named water bottle with them. They will also need a packed lunch on this day to ensure that they arrive at the event on time. We do expect the coach to arrive back into school for normal end of day time, but this is dependent on the traffic. Parents will be notified by text if a delay occurs.
